NOTE: 7 day return policy from date received on all cars no exceptions.  Refund will be minus shipping charges.  Quality control from manufacturer test every car before they are shipped to us.  All returns must be in original condition unused with all packaging and contents enclosed. You will need to have your "PayPal Transaction ID number".  E-mail: customerservice@duvines.com before returning merchandise.

We ship Monday - Friday except holidays. Orders will ship when payment is received and verified by PayPal usually within 24 hours when paying by major credit card!  E-Check will take 4-5 business days to complete through PayPal.

 
First Class shipping is $3.00.

You have the option of purchasing Priority Mail for $4.00 more.  This will make your total shipping charge $7.00.

Priority Mail offers 2-3 day service (not guaranteed) to most domestic destinations includes delivery confirmation number.  $4.00
