Free shipping on orders of $20.00 or more via First Class Mail in the Continental USA. All items in stock unless noted otherwise.  We ship Monday - Friday except holidays. Orders will ship when payment is received and verified by PayPal usually within 24 hours when paying by major credit card!  E-Check will take 4-5 business days to complete through PayPal.  If you would rather mail a check or money order please click here.  PayPal handles all of our online transactions.  We do not see or store any credit card numbers when you make a purchase.  The information provided to us from PayPal is your Name, ship to address, email address, item(s) purchased and amount of the transaction.

Return Policy
You may return merchandise within 14 days of the original purchase date (7 days for RC Cars) for a refund minus shipping and handling costs providing that the returned merchandise is in its original condition unused with all packaging and contents enclosed. You will need to have your "PayPal Transaction ID number".  E-mail customerservice@duvines.com before returning merchandise.
